In this moment, I will talk about of my favorites TV series. Well, really, I watch series in Netflix, ahahaha.
The best netflix series for me is "Downton Abbey", I started watching it when I was around 15 years old, in the summer of 2014, because Netflix had recommended it to me.
At that time, the series already had approximately four seasons. Each season had eight chapters, and also a final chapter of long duration.
Well, now I'll tell you what the series is about. Downton Abbey is the place where an aristocratic family lives at the beginning of the twentieth century, at the time of the industrial revolution and in the period spanning the First World War.
The plot is about the life of this family surnamed Crowley, who are three sisters, a father, the Earl of Gratnham, and Cora, the Countess of Grantham. The life in this castle also transcends with the servitude, that lives in the same palace (they are approximately 20 servants) and one of the funniest characters that is the grandmother Violet, the dowager countess of Grantham.
What I like most about this series is that it tells the whole historical context of the world of the period, because it started with the sinking of the Titanic in 1912, and when the family finds out that their friends had died in this accident.
The series currently has six seasons, and in 2019 the film will be released.
